ShayariStudio.online publishes two categories of content:

• Public domain works — original verses by deceased classical poets such as Mirza Ghalib, Mir Taqi Mir, Kabir Das, Rahim Das, and Allama Iqbal, whose copyright terms have expired and which are in the public domain.
• Original content — the English translations, poet biographies, category descriptions, and editorial writing on this site are authored by ShayariStudio.online and are protected by copyright.

2. Works by Living or Contemporary Poets

If any original work by a living or contemporary poet appears on this site and the rights holder objects to its use, please contact us using the process below. Upon verification, we are committed to promptly removing such content or adding proper attribution.

3. How to File a Copyright Complaint

If you believe content on this website infringes your copyright, please email us with the following information:

• Identification of your copyrighted work (e.g. poet name, title/opening lines)
• The exact URL on our site where the material appears
• Your name, contact email, and (if applicable) your relationship to the rights holder
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
• A statement that the information you provide is accurate

4. Review and Takedown Process

Upon receiving a valid complaint, we typically review the flagged content within 5-7 business days. If the claim is verified, we will remove the content or add proper attribution, and notify the complainant by email.

5. False Claims

Please only file a complaint for genuine copyright ownership matters. Knowingly submitting false or misleading claims is not permitted and may delay review of your future complaints.

6. Using Our Content

To reproduce our original content (translations, biographies, category descriptions) commercially, please contact us for written permission. Personal use and social-media sharing with proper credit is permitted — see our Terms & Conditions for details.
